to Hotel Maingau
The modernized Hotel Maingau is located in a quiet and neat residential area in the little town of Obertshausen. This eastern suburb is well connected to the major cities Frankfurt and Offenbach by lokal trains as well as the motorway A3 Frankfurt-Nuremberg. For example, Frankfurt's international exhibition and trade fair ground and Frankfurt International Airport can easily be reached.
Arrival by public transport from Frankfurt city center or Frankfurt international airport: at the airport take suburban trains S8 or S9, destination central Frankfurt. At Frankfurt's main train station Hauptbahnhof change trains to S1, destination Rödermark. All trains usually run every 15 minutes. Get off at stop Obertshausen and take the bus to Obertshausen/Hausen Rathaus. From the bus stop Rathaus a 3 minute walk along Seligenstädter Strasse takes you to Hotel Maingau in Dreieichstrasse. From the city centers of Frankfurt or Offenbach just take train S1(Destination Rödermark) to catch this bus at Obertshausen train station.
Arrival from all directions by car: coming from interchanges Frankfurter Kreuz in the west or Seligenstädter Kreuz in the east you leave the motorway A3 at junction Obertshausen. Follow the signpostig for Obertshausen-Hausen. Entering Obertshausen-Hausen keep going along Seligenstädter Straße for 700 mtrs, then turn left into Dreieichstraße and you will soon see Hotel Maingau at the corner with Jahnstraße.
